Françonne

La Françonne is a creek situated north of Mirabel-aux-Baronnies in France, department Drôme, and to the east of the former Jewish quarter called les Josiols. This quarter existed until 1348, when the inhabitants of Les Josiols were assassinated due to rumours that they had caused the outbreak of the pest in Mirabel by poisoning the wells. The Jews themselves were said not to suffer from the pest as they drank water from the creek Françonne.

Jardin des Arômes

The Jardin des Arômes is a botanical garden specializing in aromatic plants, located along the Promenade de la Digue, Nyons, Drôme, Rhône-Alpes, France. It is open daily; admission is free. The garden was created in 1983 on the banks of the river Eygues, and now contains about 200 types of aromatic and medicinal plants, including cedar, Cercis siliquastrum, chestnut, cypress, juniper, olive trees, pine, and rosemary, thyme, and viburnum.

Nyons Bridge

The Nyons Bridge is a medieval bridge over the river Eygues in Nyons in southern France. The bridge was completed in 1407. It features a single span of 40.53 m, quite large for the standards of the day.

Vaison Cathedral

Vaison Cathedral (Cathédrale Notre-Dame-de-Nazareth de Vaison) is a Roman Catholic church and former cathedral in Vaison-la-Romaine, France. It was formerly the seat of the Bishopric of Vaison, abolished under the Concordat of 1801. The structure of Our Lady of Nazareth cathedral in general dates from the 11th century, but the apse and the apsidal chapels are from the Merovingian period. Saint-Quenin church is another former cathedral of Vaison.

Roman Bridge (Vaison-la-Romaine)

The Roman Bridge at Vaison-la-Romaine (French: Pont romain de Vaison-la-Romaine) is a Roman bridge over the river Ouvèze in the southern French town of Vaison-la-Romaine. The bridge was built by the Romans in the 1st century AD, with a single arch spanning 17.20 m. It is still in use, and has survived severe flooding which swept away some more recent bridges.
