Up from the Ground was an extreme metal festival held annually in August in Gemünden am Main/Steinwiesen, Germany from 2000. The 2007 edition took place on August 24-August 25 and was the last edition of the festival. Schönrain Priory (Kloster Schönrain) was a house of the Benedictine Order located near Lohr in the Spessart, in Bavaria in Southern Germany.
