Candide Preis, (originally called Stadtschreiber Stipendium, later Candide Preis) is the only one German-French Literary award, named for its French satire Candide (first published in 1759 by Voltaire). Dahlewitz

Dahlewitz is a village on the southern outskirts of Berlin, Germany, just north of the Route 10 autobahn. Since October 2003, Dahlewitz has been part of the Blankenfelde-Mahlow municipality, in the district of Teltow-Fläming.

Blankenfelde station

Blankenfelde is a railway station of Blankenfelde-Mahlow mununicipality in the Teltow-Fläming district of Brandenburg. It is served by the S-Bahn line S2 as well as RegionalExpress lines 3 and 7. On the official S-Bahn maps its name is styled Blankenfelde (Kr. Teltow-Fläming) to avoid possible confusion with Blankenfelde locality in Pankow district in northern Berlin.

Maybach I and II

Maybach I and II were a series of above and underground bunkers built 20 kilometres south of Berlin near Zossen, Brandenburg to house the High Command of the Army (in Maybach I) and the Supreme Command of the Armed Forces (in Maybach II) during the Second World War. The complex was named after the Maybach automobile engine.
