Möckern-Loburg-Fläming

Möckern-Loburg-Fläming is a former Verwaltungsgemeinschaft ("collective municipality") in the Jerichower Land district, in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. It is situated approx. 30 km east of Magdeburg. The seat of the Verwaltungsgemeinschaft was in Möckern. It was disbanded on 1 July 2012, when Schopsdorf joined the town of Genthin.

Burg AM transmitter

The AM transmitter in Burg, near Magdeburg, Germany, is a huge facility for longwave and mediumwave broadcasting. Its most dominant constructions are a 324 metre guyed radio mast and two 210 metre guyed steel tube masts. The 324 metre high mast is a grounded construction with triangular cross section. Until the early 1990s it had a highly effective fading-reducing transmitting antenna in the form of a special cage aerial developed in Russia, known as the ARRT-antenna.

Biederitz-Möser was a Verwaltungsgemeinschaft ("collective municipality") in the Jerichower Land district, in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. It was situated east of Magdeburg. The seat of the Verwaltungsgemeinschaft was in Möser. It was disbanded on 1 January 2010. The Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Biederitz-Möser consisted of the following municipalities: Biederitz Gerwisch Gübs Hohenwarthe Königsborn Körbelitz Lostau Möser Pietzpuhl Schermen
