Lake Koroneia is a lake in the heart of the Thessaloniki regional unit in the Mygdonian basin in Greece. The lake is also known as Agios Vasileios after an homonymous village and as Lake Langada. It is located about 12 kilometres east of downtown Thessaloniki. The motorway Egnatia Odos passes along the north side of the lake, and the old Greek National Road 2 passes along the south side. State Museum of Contemporary Art
The Thessaloniki State Museum of Contemporary Art (Greek: Κρατικό Μουσείο Σύγχρονης Τέχνης) is a state museum based in Thessaloniki, Central Macedonia, Greece. It was founded in 1997, at the occasion of Thessaloniki's year as European Capital of Culture. It is housed in the renovated building of the old Lazariston Monastery in the Borough of Stavroupoulis in west Thessaloniki.
