HMS Intrepid (D10)
HMS Intrepid was an I-class destroyer that served with Royal Navy during World War II. In World War II, Intrepid attacked and sank the German submarine U-45 south-west of Ireland on 14 October 1939 in company with the destroyers HMS Ivanhoe and HMS Inglefield. She participated in the pursuit and destruction of the German battleship Bismarck in May 1941, and in Operation Pedestal, the escorting of a convoy to Malta in August 1942.

Imia/Kardak
Imia is a pair of two small uninhabited islets in the Aegean Sea, situated between the Greek island chain of the Dodecanese and the southwestern mainland coast of Turkey. They lie 3.8 nautical miles west of the coast of the Bodrum peninsula, 5.5 nmi east of the Greek island Kalymnos, and 2.5 nmi southeast of the nearest small Greek islet, Kalolimnos. Their total surface area is 10 acres .
