Massif de la Hotte

The Massif de la Hotte is a mountain range in southwestern Haiti, on the far-western end of the Tiburon Peninsula. The region is relatively remote and is one of the most biologically diverse and significant areas of all of Hispaniola. It also supports some of the last stands of Haiti's dense cloud forest on its peaks.

Pashan Lake

Pashan Lake is an artificial lake near the suburb of Pashan, about 12 km from the city center of Pune, India. The lake was built in the 1990s to accommodate the water requirement of the neighborhood. The main inlet of the lake is a small rivulet (Ram Nadi), which is even controlled by the barrage located to the north of the lake. Pashan lake has a total catchment area of 40 square kilometres, and serves as a source of water to the old Pashan village, and the Governor's residence, as well.

Cayemites

The Cayemites are a pair of islands located in the Gulf of Gonâve off the coast of southwest Haiti. The two islands, known individually as Grande Cayemite and Petite Cayemite, are a combined 45 square kilometres in area. Petite Cayemite lies just west of the larger island, Grande Cayemite. The islands are approximately 35 kilometres east of the city of Jérémie and are in the administrative department of Grand'Anse.

Jérémie Airport

Jérémie Airport is the fifth most important airport in Haiti in passenger traffic and is located in the city with the same name, Jérémie, in the south west of Haiti. This airport is served by scheduled and non-scheduled companies from Port-au-Prince. The airstrip has been characterized as a dirt strip recently. The Autorité Aéroportuaire Nationale plans to make this an international airport by extending the runway to 2,200 m (7,218 ft) and adding a terminal with customs and other services.
