La Lima

La Lima is a municipality in the Honduran department of Cortés. It is home to the corporate headquarters of the Tela Railroad Company, a subsidiary of Chiquita Brand. The city is divided into two cities by river Chamelecon: La Lima Vieja, located on the western side of the River and La Lima Nueva, located on the eastern side of the river. Its people are known as "limeños. " For many years La Lima was a city and under the municipality of San Pedro Sula.

Estadio Yankel Rosenthal

Estadio Yankel Rosenthal is a multi-purpose use stadium in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. It recently underwent construction and will now be used primarily for football matches. It is the home stadium of San Pedro Sula-based C.D. Marathón, the second oldest team in the nation, founded November 25, 1925. The stadium has a capacity of 15,000 spectators. The project, which was scheduled to be finalized in its entirety by 2007, was rescheduled to 2009 due to financial issues.
