Fanling-Sheung Shui New Town

Fanling-Sheung Shui New Town was developed from the traditional market towns and villages around Fanling and Sheung Shui, within the present-day North District in the New Territories of Hong Kong. Landmark North

Landmark North is an office tower-and-shopping centre complex in Sheung Shui, Hong Kong. It was developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties and is the commercial centre of Sheung Shui. Luen Wo Hui

Luen Wo Hui or Luen Wo Market is a market town east of Fanling in the New Territories of Hong Kong. Located northeast of Fanling Station, it was formerly a market founded by villages in the surrounding area and later became a town. The market has now ceased to operate and only a few structures are left. A new indoor market to replace the pre-existing market was officially opened in 2002. New private housing estates have in the last 10 years been built north of the market.
