Gajayana Stadium

Gajayana Stadium (Elephant's Journey) is a multi-purpose stadium in Malang, Indonesia. It is used mostly for football matches and is home stadium of Persema Malang. The stadium holds 35,000 people. The stadium is being upgraded to reach the capacity target of 40,000 people.

Kidal temple

Kidal is a Hindu temple built under the Singhasari dynasty. It is situated in the Rejokidal village in the Tumpang district of East Java, approximately 20 km east of Malang. The temple was built around 1248 and restored in the 1990s. The temple is composed of three levels that are situated on a raised platform. At the foot of the temple, three Javanese masks depict the story of Garuda. The temple may have encased an image of Shiva depicted by the portrait of the Singhasari king, Anusapati.

Abdul Rachman Saleh Airport

Abdul Rachman Saleh Airport is an airport serving Malang, the second largest city in East Java province of Indonesia. This airport is named after Abdoel Rachman Saleh, an Indonesian aviator and physiologist whose plane was shot down by the Dutch when landing in Maguwo Airfield, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta during Indonesian National Revolution. The airport was closed in October 2009 due to numerous damages found in the runway, but has opened again after some repairs were done.
