Jalak Harupat Soreang Stadium

Jalak Harupat Soreang Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium located in Bandung Regency, Indonesia. It is currently used mostly for football matches. The stadium is the home ground of Persikab Bandung Regency. Since 2009-10, Persib Bandung also use this stadium as their home ground. The stadium holds 40,000 people.

Cimahi is a city located west of Bandung, West Java, Indonesia in the Bandung Metropolitan Area. The city is a major textile producer exporter, and is host to several military education facilities. Husein Sastranegara International Airport (Indonesian: Bandar Udara Internasional Husein Sastranegara) is an airport in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. This fast-growing international airport is located c. 5 km north-west from the city centre and 2.4 km from Bandung Central train station. The site occupies an area of 145 hectares and serves the area of civil aviation in the south western part.

2009 Indonesian Air Force Fokker F27-400M crash

In the 2009 West Java airliner crash, twenty-four people were killed when a Fokker 27, owned by Indonesian Air Force, crashed into an airport hangar in Husein Sastranegara International Airport, Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. The accident occurred on April 6, 2009. It was suspected that the aircraft may have suffered a windshear, since on that day, the weather was a bit rainy, but the cause is still under the investigation, led by National Transportation Safety Committee of Indonesia (KNKT).
