Hakim Sabzevari University (HSU) is the second largest public university in Razavi Khorasan province, Iran. It was established in 1987 as a branch of Tarbiat Moallem University of Tehran but later became independent and then was renamed to Hakim Sabzevari University, after Hadi Sabzevari, a prominent Iranian philosopher and theologian. HSU offers 139 bachelors, masters, and Ph.D. programs to more than 7,700 male and female students studying under about 202 faculty members.

Jowayin County
Jowayin County (more accurately, Jovain) is a county in Razavi Khorasan Province in Iran. The capital of the county is Neqab. It was separated from Sabzevar County in August 2008. At the 2006 census, its population was 49,583, in 12,982 families. The county is subdivided into two districts: the Central District and Atamalek District. The county has one city: Neqab.
