Kadhimiya

al-Kāżimiyyah, is a town located in what is now a northern neighbourhood of Baghdad, Iraq about five kilometres from the city center. Al-Kāżimiyyah is one of nine administrative districts in Baghdad. Al-Kāżimayn is regarded as a holy city in Shī‘ah Islām. It received its name (lit. "the Two Kāżims" or "the Two who swallow their anger"), for the two Shī‘ah Imāms buried there: Mūsā al-Kādhim and his grandson and successor Shī‘ah Imām Muhammad at-Taqī.

Camp Justice (Iraq)

Camp Justice (also known as Camp Al-Adala) was a joint Iraqi-American military base in the Kadhimiya district of Baghdad, Iraq. The location was renamed from "Camp Banzai" in mid-September 2004 as part of an effort to give Army facilities around Baghdad friendlier names.

Sha'ab, Baghdad

Sha'ab is a neighborhood of Adhamiyah district, Baghdad, Iraq, It is subdivided to Sha'ab east (22nd), Sha'ab south (23rd), Sha'ab north (24th). Two adjoining neighborhoods abutting Sadr City's northern border, Shaab and Ur, were built in the 1960s and 1970s to house middle-class government workers.

Al-Kadhimiya Mosque

The Al-Kādhimiya Mosque is a shrine located in the Kādhimayn suburb of Baghdad, Iraq. It contains the tombs of the seventh Twelver Shī‘ah Imām Mūsā al-Kādhim and the ninth Twelver Shī‘ah Imām Muhammad at-Taqī. Also buried within this mosque are the famous historical scholars, Shaykh Mufīd and Shaykh Nasīr ad-Dīn Tūsi. Directly adjacent to the mosque are two smaller shrines, belonging to the brothers who compiled Nahjul Balagha - Shaykh Radhi and Shaykh Murtadhā.
