Arvagh

Arvagh (Irish: Ármhach, meaning "Battlefield") or Arva, is a town in County Cavan, Ireland, on the shores of Garty Lough and overlooked by Bruse Mountain. It is a scenic town situated in the centre of the drumlin belt. It lies on the border of Counties Longford and Leitrim and is famous as the town where the three provinces of Ulster, Leinster and Connacht meet.

Gartnanoul

Gartnanoul is a megalithic court tomb located in Killykeen Forest Park, Loughtee Upper, County Cavan, Ireland. Situated near Lough Oughter, the north tomb court is 3 metres in depth and 4 metres in width. Gartnanoul is called a dual-tomb because it has two tombs both in line with each other, with each tomb having its own court. It is estimated that when it was built Gartnanoul would have been 28 metres long, and 8 metres wide.

Shannon–Erne Waterway

The Shannon–Erne Waterway is a canal linking the River Shannon in the Republic of Ireland with the River Erne in Northern Ireland. Managed by Waterways Ireland, the canal is 63 km in length, has sixteen locks and runs from Leitrim village in County Leitrim to Upper Lough Erne in County Fermanagh. The official opening of the Shannon–Erne Waterway took place at Corraguil Lock, Teemore, County Fermanagh on 23 May 1994.

Gorvagh

Gorvagh (Garvagh; Irish Garbhach) is a small area in County Leitrim, Ireland. It is located at {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:53|58|49.01|N|07|51|25.99|W| |primary |name= }}, about 4 miles from Mohill and 6 miles from Ballinamore. It belongs to the barony and parish of Mohill with St. Josephs church situated on a hill overlooking the main Mohill Ballinamore road. Gorvagh is known for its lakes, with fishing popular amongst the locals and tourists.

Drumlane

Drumlane (Irish: Droim Leathain, meaning "The Broad Ridge") is a monastery located in Milltown, County Cavan, Ireland. Located at the monastic site is an abbey, church and round tower which date back to 555. Drumlane was founded by Saint Columba, although Saint Mogue is generally associated with the monastery's foundation, evidence suggests that the foundation of Drumlane is older than his time. In 1261 the monastery was burned by the O'Rourkes, a rival clan of the O'Reillys of East Breifne.
