Pearse Park

Pearse Park is a Gaelic Athletic Association stadium in Longford, Ireland. It is the main grounds of Longford's Gaelic football and hurling teams. The ground originally had a capacity of 18,000, however in November 2011, this was cut to 8,000 for health and safety reasons. As of 2012, the name of the stadium has been updated; with capacity of "10,000", it is now referred to as Glennon Brothers Pearse Park, due to sponsorship with Glennon Brothers

Longford railway station serves the town of Longford in County Longford. Longoford station is the terminus of Dublin Connolly to Longford Commuter service and on the Dublin Connolly to Sligo intercity services. Carn Clonhugh

Carn Clonhugh (Irish: Carn Clainne Aodha or Sliabh Cairbré), also called Carn Hill or Corn Hill, is a hill in County Longford, Ireland. It lies north of Longford, between Drumlish and Ballinalee, in the parish of Killoe. It is the highest point in County Longford. The hill is almost 300 metres above sea level, and has a transmitter on the top which rises 100 metres above the peak of the hill.
