Kimwarer
Kimwarer is a village in Keiyo District, Rift Valley Province, Kenya. It is located along the B54 Road between Eldoret and Tenges, in the southern part of Kerio Valley and in the drainage basin area of the Kerio River. One of the nearest villages is Kaptagat, located 10 kilometres west of Kimwarer on the Highlands. The nearest larger town, Eldoret, is 50 kilometres west of Kimwarer. Electorally Kimwarer is part of the Soy ward of Keiyo South Constituency and Keiyo County Council.

Kabartonjo
Kabartonjo is the district headquarters of Baringo North District, Rift Valley Province, Kenya. Kabartonjo has a population of about 2,000. Its residents are mainly of the Arror dialect of the Tugen sub-tribe in the Kalenjin cluster. Kabartonjo was founded in the early 20th century by Scottish missionaries who founded a church and a school. Kenya's second president, H.E. Daniel Toroitich Arap Moi went to school here, the primary school is now named in his honor.
