Bahía Soledad Airstrip

Bahía Soledad Airstrip was a private dirt airstrip located in Bahía Soledad, a private beach located 30 km South of Ensenada, Municipality of Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico, on the Pacific Ocean coast. The airstrip was used solely for general aviation purposes. From 2007 April, the airport was abandoned. The BSO code is used as identifier. The only operator of the airport is Aeromaan, with only occasional flights.

La Bufadora

La Bufadora is a marine geyser or blowhole located on the Punta Banda Peninsula in Baja California, Mexico. The spout of sea water is the result of air, trapped in a sea cave, exploding upwards. Air is forced into the cave by wave action and is released when the water recedes. This interaction not only creates the spout, but a thunderous noise as well. The phenomena repeats every minute or so with its volume depending on the strength of the waves.

Punta Brava Golf Club

Punta Brava Golf Club is a private golf club and course currently under development in Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico on the Punta Banda Peninsula. It is framed by the Pacific Ocean and the Bay of Todos Santos on three sides. It is designed by Tiger Woods. The vision of the founder of the development project, Brian Tucker, quoted by CNN is "to shape golf history by creating the most spectacular golf course on earth. " It is scheduled for completion in 2013.

Mexican Riviera

The Mexican Riviera refers collectively to twenty cities and lagoons lying on the western coast of Mexico. Although there are long distances between these cities, they are often referred to as the Mexican Riviera because of their popularity among tourists. Cruise ships often visit three or four of these destinations on their longer cruises. In a 2005 interview Stanley McDonald, the founder of Princess Cruises, mentioned: The call of the "Mexican Riviera" was coined by Princess Cruise Line.

Ensenada Airport

Ensenada Airport functions as the "El Ciprés" Military Airbase Number 3, operated by the Mexican Air Force. It is located 3 km south of Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico. Besides military air operations, it handles general aviation services for the city of Ensenada. It is an official airport of entry into Mexico. Currently, it only handles two regional commercial airlines, with flights within the region.
