United States Naval Communications Station Sidi Yahya El Gharb was a Naval base of communication station of facilities, supply, and rest and recreation of the United States Navy located in Sidi Yahya El Gharb, Morocco. Following its closure in 1977, it was transformed into a military barracks serving the 5th Moroccan air military base of Sidi Slimane by the Royal Moroccan Air Force.
