Creil is a village in the Dutch province of Flevoland. It is a part of the municipality of Noordoostpolder, and lies about 6 km northwest of Emmeloord. In 2005, Creil had 1,596 inhabitants. Rutten is a village in the Dutch province of Flevoland. It is a part of the municipality of Noordoostpolder, and lies about 8 km northwest of Emmeloord. In 2001, Rutten had 681 inhabitants. The built-up area of the village was 0.2 km², and contained 292 residences. Rutten has a soccer club called Rutten Komt Op(RKO).

Tollebeek

Tollebeek is a village in the Dutch province of Flevoland. It is a part of the municipality of Noordoostpolder, and is approximately 90 kilometres north east of Amsterdam. Tollebeek is one of ten villages in the Noordoostpolder which was reclaimed from the Zuiderzee in the 1930s and 1940s as part of a huge project known as the 'Zuiderzeewerken' ('Zuiderzee works') to create new land to accommodate growing need for farmland and new urban areas in the already densely populated country.

Ir.D.F. Woudagemaal

The ir. D.F. Woudagemaal is a pumping station in the Netherlands, and the largest still operational steam-powered pumping station in the world. On October 7, 1920 Queen Wilhelmina opened the pumping station. It was built to pump excess water out of Friesland, a province in the north of the Netherlands. In 1967, after running on coal for 47 years, the boilers were converted to run on heavy fuel oil. It has a pumping capacity of 4,000 m3 per minute.
