Den Dungen is a village in the Dutch province of North Brabant. It is located in the municipality of Sint-Michielsgestel next to the village Maaskantje. Den Dungen was a separate municipality until 1996, when it was merged with Sint-Michielsgestel. Den Dungen is a twin town of Portishead, Somerset in England.

The Dommel is a stream in Belgium and the Netherlands, left tributary of the Dieze. It rises in north-eastern Belgium near Peer and flows into the southern part of the Netherlands. The Dommel takes in water from the Keersop, Tongelreep, Run, Gender and Kleine Dommel streams and merges at 's-Hertogenbosch with the Aa stream to form river Dieze, which subsequently flows towards the Meuse.

Heeswijk Castle
Heeswijk Castle ("Kasteel Heeswijk") is a former moated castle near Heeswijk in the Dutch province of North Brabant. Originally built in the 11th century, the castle was restored in 2005. The original castle consisted of a motte erected in 1080. During the subsequent centuries this motte was reduced and in its place a castle was built. Heeswijk Castle has played a crucial role in the history of the Netherlands. Around the year 1600 Prince Maurits twice failed to take the castle.

Berlicum
Berlicum is a village in the Netherlands, in the province of North Brabant, located in the Meierij of 's-Hertogenbosch near the river Aa. The village was most likely founded between 600 and 700 AD. Up until a large-scale administrative reorganisation in the Netherlands it was a separate municipality along with the village Middelrode. In 1996 it merged with the municipality Sint-Michielsgestel, along with Den Dungen, Gemonde and Maaskantje.
