Tory Channel

Tory Channel is one of the drowned valleys that form the Marlborough Sounds in New Zealand. As the principal channel between Cook Strait and the Marlborough Sounds, it is the route taken by inter-island ferries. Tory Channel lies to the south of Arapawa Island, separating it from the mainland. At its western end it joins the larger Queen Charlotte Sound, which it meets halfway along the latter's length. Its eastern end meets Cook Strait close to the strait's narrowest point.

Amerikiwhati Island

Amerikiwhati Island is a small island in the Marlborough administrative region of New Zealand. It lies in Queen Charlotte Sound where it is an extension of the ridge dividing Ahitarakihi Bay from Waikakaramea Bay on Arapawa Island. Graham River

The Graham River is a river in the Marlborough Region of New Zealand. It arises to the south-east of Mount McCormick and flows north, then west, then north again, and into Whatamango Bay on the south side of Queen Charlotte Sound. Part of the river valley was subdivided into residential sections in the 1950s. Some of the sections were built on in 2000.

Port Underwood

Port Underwood is a sheltered harbour which forms the north-east extension of Cloudy Bay at the northeast of New Zealand's South Island, on the east coast of the Marlborough Sounds. With only a relatively narrow entrance to the south-south-east it is sheltered from almost all winds. Originally considered part of Cloudy Bay the port was named after Joseph Underwood of the shipping firm Kabel and Underwood in the early 19th century.

Allports Island

Allports Island is a small uninhabited island located in Queen Charlotte Sound in Marlborough, New Zealand. It reaches a height of 79 metres and is 1 kilometre from the New Zealand mainland. An even smaller unnamed island lies immediately to the east of it.
