Hakarimata Range

Hakarimata Range is a range of hills on the western edge of Ngaruawahia township in the Waikato region of New Zealand, lying along the Waikato River and Waipa River. The Hakarimata Range is separated from the Taupiri Range by the Taupiri Gorge, through which the Waikato River flows. Parts of the range is protected as a scenic reserve. A community group the Hakarimata Restoration Trust created in 2001 is helping care for the range.

Waiingaro River is the name of two rivers in New Zealand. The Waingaro Riveris a river of the Waikato Region of New Zealand's North Island. It flows generally southwest from its origins west of Ngaruawahia to reach a northern arm of Raglan Harbour .

The Tawatahi River is a short river of the Waikato Region of New Zealand's North Island. It flows into the northern shore of Raglan Harbour. The headwaters are listed as worthy of preservation for their geology - "New Katuku Trig / Pukewharangi Hill Oligocene fossil locality"

Lake Disappear

Lake Disappear is an intermittent lake situated in the North Island of New Zealand, just over 20 km from Raglan, 4 km beyond Bridal Veil waterfall. The south end can be seen from Kawhia Rd and, when the north end is full, it can be seen from the point which is at the end of Plateau Rd on the Pipiwharauroa Way.
