Roman Catholic Diocese of Issele-Uku

The Roman Catholic Diocese of Issele-Uku is a diocese located in the city of Issele-Uku, Delta State in the Ecclesiastical province of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria. It lies on the west bank of the Niger River between Benin City to the west and Onitsha to the east. The diocese comprises six local government areas in the northern portion of Delta State. The Archdiocese of Onitsha borders it on the east and the Archdiocese of Benin City borders it on the west.

Igbodo

Igbodo is a town located in Ika North East LGA of Delta State, Nigeria. The town's population consists of Igbo people. Igbodo has six villages; Ilabor, Ndobu, Ikpekwu, Eyime, Ozei and Obior. The Kings throne is in Ikpekwu village, the most populated is Ilabor village. The town is popularly call 'the food basket of Delta State' based on the community high strength with farming and agriculture.

Ubiaja

Ubiaja is a community in the Esan South-East Local Government Area (LGA), Edo State, Nigeria. It is at an altitude of 221 m. Most of the people belong to the Esan tribe, one of the major ethnic groups in Edo State. Ubiaja is in a rain forest region, with 1,800 millimetres to 2,000 millimetres of rainfall each year. The red soil is fertile and many of the people farm crops such as yam, cassava and beans, or cash crops including oil palm, cocoa and rubber.

Igbanke

Igbanke is an Igbo town in Edo State. They are of the Ika people family stock in Delta State, Nigeria, which also constitutes Agbor, and up to the border towns of Alifekede (Ala Ifekede) down to Umunede. Today's Igbanke village is constituted by Umoluah, Obiogba, Idumuiru, Igbontor, Idumodin, Ake, Olije, and Ottah, all of which have different histories of migration. The original name of the town is "Igbo Akiri", but it has recently been misspelt Igbanke.
