Umukabia

Umukabia (Igbo for Ukabia's children) is a village in the Ohuhu community of Umuahia North Local Government Area, Abia State, Nigeria. There are also several other villages in Nigeria with the same name. It is made up of 3 smaller villages namely; Okpuala being the eldest, followed by Umuagbom and Azummiri. Its market day is known as Orie and has a major river known as Ikwu which is a tributary of the Imo river.

Ohuhu people

The Ohuhu community of the Igbo people, also referred to as Ohonhaw, form an autonomous community of Umuahia North local government Of Umuahia, Abia state, Nigeria, consisting of several villages including Umukabia, Ohiya, Isingwu, Ofeme, Afugiri, Nkwoegwu, Umuawa, etc. Ohuhu was formerly known as Umuhu-na-Okaiuga, or better-known as Ohu-ahia-na-otu. Until 1949, the Umuopara clan used to be part of Ohuhu.

Isuikwuato

Isuikwuato is a local government area in Abia State in southeastern Nigeria. It has an estimated population of over 50,000 people. Isuikwuato contains many natural resources like Iron ore, Kaolin etc. Oil lines flow throw Isuikwuato and there have been cases of burst pipe which have had severe effects on the local economy and environment. The major cash crops are palm oil and cassava. Isuikwuato is also home to Abia State University Uturu. Isuikwuato people are predominantly Christians.
