Ilobu

Ilobu is a town and the administrative headquarters of Irepodun Local Government Area of Osun State, Nigeria. Ejigbo

Ejigbo is a prominent town in Yoruba Land and the headquarters of Ejigbo Local Government Area, one of the oldest local government areas of Osun State in Nigeria. Ejigbo is strategically placed in the middle of the region, as 35 kilometres north-east of Iwo, 30 km from Ogbomoso in the north and 24 km from Ede in the south-east. It is about 40 km north-west of Osogbo, the capital of Osun State, and about 95 km north-east of Ibadan.

Ede, Nigeria

Ede is a town in Osun State, Nigeria. The population of Ede is 304,738 (1987 estimate). The people are ethnic Yoruba. Among the higher institutions located in Ede are the Federal Polytechnic,Adeleke University and the Redeemer's University of Nigeria. As there are many Muslims in Ede, many mosques are located in the city, along with many churches. Nearby towns include Iragberi and Oshogbo. Historically, Ede was an important town in Yorubaland.
