Oppstrynsvatn (also known as Oppstrynsvatnet, Strynevatnet, or Strynevatn) is a lake in the municipality of Stryn in Sogn og Fjordane county, Norway. It is located about 8 kilometres east of the municipal center of Stryn. The villages of Flo, Oppstryn, and Erdal are located on the shores of the lake. The lake has an area of 22.87 square kilometres and is surrounded by many large mountains and glaciers.

Skåla (Sogn og Fjordane)
Skåla is a mountain in the municipality of Stryn in Sogn og Fjordane county, Norway. The mountain is located about 7 kilometres east of the village of Loen and about 7 kilometres south of the lake Oppstrynsvatn. There are two summits to the mountain, one at 1,843 metres and one at 1,848 metres above sea level. The latter one is sometimes called Stryneskåla. Every year there is a race from the village of Loen up the mountain.

Lovatnet
Lovatnet is a lake in the municipality of Stryn in Sogn og Fjordane county, Norway. It is located about 2 kilometres southeast of the village of Loen and about 6 kilometres east of Olden. The lake lies just 2 kilometres southwest of the mountain Skåla. The water from the lake flows down from the mountains; especially from the Jostedalsbreen and Tindefjellbreen glaciers. It then flows out through the Loelva river into the Nordfjord.

Lodalskåpa
Lodalskåpa is the highest nunatak on the glacier Jostedalsbreen. It is located on the border between the municipalities of Stryn and Luster in Sogn og Fjordane county, Norway, within Jostedalsbreen National Park. The 2,083-metre tall Lodalskåpa is located 3 kilometres north of Brenibba and 15 kilometres northeast of Høgste Breakulen mountain. The lakes Austdalsvatnet and Styggevatnet lie about 10 kilometres to the east. The first ascent may have happened in 1820 by Gottfried Bohr.
