Herøy Church is a parish church in the municipality of Herøy in Nordland county, Norway. It is located in the village of Silvalen on the island of Sør-Herøya. The church is part of the Herøy parish in the Nord-Helgeland deanery in the Diocese of Sør-Hålogaland. The white stone church was built in the 1100s and it seats about 350 people.

It's located about 5 kilometres north of the village of Herøyholmen. The bridge is 316 metres long, and the main span is 120 metres .

Åkviksundet Bridge

Åkviksundet Bridge is a box girder bridge that crosses the Åkviksundet strait between the islands of Dønna and Staulen in Nordland county, Norway. Together with Hoholmen Bridge, it forms the road connection between the municipalities of Herøy and Dønna. The bridge is 285 metres long, the longest of the 3 spans is 135 metres, and the maximum clearance to the sea is 24.2 metres . Jan-Eirik Nilsskog was the main engineer that built the bridge.
