Brekkom

Brekkom is a place in Ringebu, which is in Oppland, a county in eastern part of southern Norway. The inhabitants of Brekkom are called Brekkominger. The young brekkoming Oda Dahl is among else famous for her extremely good influence on the Gausdal's society and the writing of the poem: "Roser er røde, fioler er blå, han kom tilbake til livet, det gjorde jesus og", or "det satt to kuer i et tre og strikka jordbærsyltetøy, så kom det en annen hest forbi, den hadde heller ikke sett noen traktor".

Fåvang stave church

Fåvang stave church (Fåvang stavkirke) is a stave church located in Fåvang in Ringebu municipality, Gudbrandsdal, Norway. The church is a reconstruction of parts of other churches, built around 1630. Because it has been extensively modified, it is not counted amongst Norways "real" stave churches. The altar and pulpit are of Renaissance style.

Ringebu Stave Church is a stave church located in Ringebu in Ringebu municipality, Gudbrandsdal, Norway. Built in the first quarter of the 13th century, and dated according to coins found during archeologic surveys.

Kvitfjell

Kvitfjell is a ski resort in the municipality of Ringebu, Norway. Developed for the 1994 Winter Olympics, it is one of the most modern resorts in the world, with snowmaking on 80% of the alpine pistes. Based near the river Gudbrandsdalslågen, the resort offers 23 pistes: 5 green (nursery), 9 blue (beginner), 6 red (intermediate), and 3 black (advanced). Kvitfjell is also home to a terrain park and 120 km (75 mi. ) of cross-country pistes, with access to 480 km extra in Skei and Gålå.
