Bolan District

Bolan District, Well known as Kachhi is in the centre of Balochistan province of Pakistan. The Bolan area remained under one district Kachhi until 31 December 1991. The Deputy Commissioner’s office started functioning on 17 May 1992, Bolan became one of the four districts of Naseerabad Division - until the abolition of Divisions in 2000.

Mehrgarh

Mehrgarh, one of the most important Neolithic (7000 BCE to c. 2500 BCE) sites in archaeology, lies on the "Kachi plain" of now Balochistan, Pakistan. It is one of the earliest sites with evidence of farming (wheat and barley) and herding (cattle, sheep and goats) in South Asia. Mehrgarh is located near the Bolan Pass, to the west of the Indus River valley and between the now Pakistani cities of Quetta, Kalat and Sibi.

Sibi railway station

Sibi Railway Station is located in middle of the Sibi, Balochistan, Pakistan. It is staffed and has a booking office. It was the junction of Sibi-Khost via Harnai railway line. It is closed since 2006 due to destroyed of railway bridges by terrorist activities.

Marri

Marri (Balochi: مری) is one of the largest Baloch tribes in Balochistan and Sindh provinces of Pakistan. The Marri are considered to be a clan of the Rind tribe in the early history of Baloch and Balochistan. Since the times of the British Raj, they have been noted for their fierce struggle for independence and clashes with authorities. Currently, some leading members of the tribe do participate in the local, provincial and national elections of Pakistan.
