National Library of Pakistan

The National Library of Pakistan, is located at Constitution Avenue, Islamabad, Pakistan. National library of Pakistan was inaugurated on August 24, 1993 by the caretaker prime minister of Pakistan Mr. Moin Ahmad Qureshi. 2008 Danish embassy bombing in Islamabad

The 2008 Danish embassy bombing was an attack on the Danish embassy in Islamabad, Pakistan on 2 June 2008. The suspected suicide car bombing in the parking lot of the embassy took place at around 12:10 pm, killing at least five and wounding many more. The Danish national security intelligence agency PET has concluded that al-Qaida was behind the attack. Al-Qaida claimed responsibility for the attack on 5 June 2008.
