Awan Town

Awan Town is a housing society in Lahore, Pakistan. It is an approved housing society by Lahore Development Authority. It is located on Multan Road, opposite to Allama Iqbal Town and next to Hassan Town. It is divided into several blocks, mainly Rizwan Block and Madina Block. Other blocks are Kausar Block, Qutab Block, Ali Block, Jinnah Block and Ahmad Block. There are around 1000 houses in Awan Town. Most people belong to upper-middle-class families.

Allama Iqbal Colony

Allama Iqbal Colony is one of the neighbourhoods of Lyari Town in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. This neighbourhood is named after Allama Iqbal the national poet of Pakistan. There are several ethnic groups including Muhajirs, Sindhis, Punjabis, Kashmiris, Seraikis, Pakhtuns, Balochis, Memons, Bohras Ismailis, etc. Over 99% of the population is Muslim.
