The Peñafrancia Basilica Minore is located on the outskirts of Naga City in the Bicol Region of the Philippines. Binahian is a barangay of Sipocot, Camarines Sur (Region V), in the Philippines on the eastern shoreline of Ragay Gulf. Its neighbouring barangays include Caima, Manlubang, Lipilip, and Carayrayan (all part of the Municipality of Sipocot) and Bangon. The native dialect spoken in Binahian is Bikol, or as some would claim, Mainland Bikolnon.
