Ninoy Aquino Learning Resources Center
The Ninoy Aquino Library and Learning Resources Center (NALLRC) is the university athenaeum of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. Construction began on 1979 and was finished on 1990. Numerous venues are located inside the building and it is the home of the University Library. The College of Law and Information Science of the College of Arts are located within the building.
