The Gramercy Residences, also known as The Gramercy Residences at Century City, is a residential high-rise condominium in Makati City, Philippines. It is the first of several building projects to be built at the new Century City area along Kalayaan Avenue. Santa Ana, Manila

Santa Ana is a district of the City of Manila in the Philippines, located at the southeast banks of the Pasig River, bounded on the northeast by Mandaluyong City, Makati City to the east, southwest is the Manila district of Paco, and to the west, Pandacan. Santa Ana belongs to the 6th congressional district of Manila with thirty-two barangays from Zone 96 to 100, barangays 874 to 905.

Rufino Pacific Tower

Rufino Pacific Tower or more commonly known as Rufino Tower or Rufino Plaza is an office skyscraper and is one of the tallest in the Philippines. It remains as the tallest steel-framed building in the country. It has a ground to architectural top height of 161 metres (528.22 feet), which is the basis of measuring tall buildings. Counting its 8-storey radio tower, the building has a total height of 200 metres (656.17 feet).

San Andres, Manila

San Andrés (also San Andrés Bukid, bukid being the Tagalog for "farm" or " field") is a district located in the south east of the City of Manila in the Philippines. San Andrés shares its northeastern border with Santa Ana and Paco, while to its south lies Pasay and Makati. The area is under the jurisdiction of the Fifth Congressional District of Manila, and includes the Manila South Cemetery, the city's sole exclave.

The Philippine Stock Exchange is the national stock exchange of the Philippines. It is one of the oldest stock exchanges in Southeast Asia, having been in continuous operation since its inception in 1927. It currently maintains two trading floors, one at its headquarters at the PSE Plaza Ayala Triangle, Ayala Tower One in Makati City's Central Business District, and one at the Philippine Stock Exchange Centre (Tektite Towers), Ortigas Center in Pasig City.
