Bydgoszcz Synagogue

Bydgoszcz Synagogue was a synagogue in Bydgoszcz, Poland. It was built in 1884, designed by Alfred Muttrey, in the place of old wooden synagogue, on Pod Blankami Street. Until its destruction in 1939, it was one of the largest structures in Bydgoszcz. It could accommodate 500 persons. The architect of the synagogue was Alfred Muttrey.

Zdzisław Krzyszkowiak Stadium

Zdzisław Krzyszkowiak Stadium (Polish: Kompleks Sportowy "Zawisza" im. Zdzisława Krzyszkowiaka w Bydgoszczy) is a multi-use stadium in Bydgoszcz, Poland. It was completed in 1960 with a capacity of about 35,000-45,000 on wooden benches. The stadium was completely rebuilt in 2007-2008, and the current seating capacity is 20,247 people. It is currently used for football matches and track and field events. The stadium is named after Polish Olympic gold medal-winning runner Zdzisław Krzyszkowiak.

Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz (Polish: Uniwersytet Kazimierza Wielkiego w Bydgoszczy; UKW), also known as the Casimir the Great University, is a university in Bydgoszcz, Poland. It was named after Casimir III the Great (Kazimierz III Wielki), the King of Poland (1333-70) who granted the city municipal rights for Bydgoszcz on 19 April 1346.

With a city population of 363,926 (March 2011), and an urban agglomeration with more than 470,000 inhabitants, Bydgoszcz is the 8th-largest city in Poland. It has been the seat of Bydgoszcz County and the co-capital, with Toruń, of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship since 1999.

Polonia Stadium (Polish: Stadion Polonii Bydgoszcz) is a multi-purpose stadium in Bydgoszcz, Poland. It is currently used mostly for speedway matches and is the home stadium of Polonia Bydgoszcz. The stadium has a capacity of 20,000 people and was opened in 1924 by president Stanisław Wojciechowski.
