Świętoszów is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Osiecznica, within Bolesławiec County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany. It lies approximately 16 kilometres north of Osiecznica, 26 kilometres north-west of Bolesławiec, and 121 kilometres west of the regional capital Wrocław. The village has a population of 1,556.
