Chrzelice is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Biała, within Prudnik County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It lies approximately 9 kilometres north-east of Biała Prudnicka, 20 km north-east of Prudnik, and 27 km south-west of the regional capital Opole. Before 1945 the area was part of Germany. The village has a population of 654. It is also the birthplace of unicycle handball, where it was invented in the late 1970s.
