Kołczygłowy is a village in Bytów County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Kołczygłowy. It lies approximately 22 kilometres north-west of Bytów and 93 km west of the regional capital Gdańsk.
