Straduny (formerly German Stradaunen) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Ełk, within Ełk County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately 7 kilometres north of Ełk and 123 km east of the regional capital Olsztyn. It has approximately 990 inhabitants. There are three nature reserves in the vicinity.
