Lake Mamry

Mamry is a lake in the Masurian Lake District of Poland's Warmia-Mazury Province. It is the second largest lake in Poland, with an area of 104 km. ² Maximum depth is 44 m, average is 11 m. It actually comprises six connected lakes: Mamry, Kirsajty, Kisajno, Dargin, Święcajty and Dobskie. Mamry features 33 islands, totalling 213 hectares, some of which are ornithological reserves. Lake Mamry is a popular tourist destination.

Fuleda is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Giżycko, within Giżycko County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately 9 kilometres north-west of Giżycko and 83 km north-east of the regional capital Olsztyn. Before 1945 the area was part of Germany. The village has a population of 30. Fuleda was set up in 1505 as one of few royal villages in Masurian region belonging to the Polish royal family. Since 1561 it was mainly populated by Polish farmers.
