Dombay is an urban locality under the administrative jurisdiction of the town of republic significance of Karachayevsk in the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, Russia. Population: 657; 403; 1,601. The settlement is situated in the Teberdinskiy zapovednik (Teberda Nature Reserve) and is a popular tourist destination.
