Birch Gate

Birch gate (Berezoviye gate, Russian: Берёзовые ворота) - stone gate, located on the eastern border of the Palace Park in Gatchina, Leningrad Oblast, Russia. The facility was built in the late 18th century by the famous architect Vincenzo Brenna and architectonics is unique among other palace and park facilities suburb of St. Petersburg. Birch gates are considered one of the best creations of the architect in the Gatchina Palace and Park Ensemble.

Gatchina Palace

The Great Gatchina Palace (Russian: Большой Гатчинский дворец) was built in 1766–1781 in Gatchina town (Russia) by Antonio Rinaldi for Count Grigori Grigoryevich Orlov who was a favourite of Ekaterina II. The Gatchina Palace is located on the hill above Lake Serebryannoe. It combines themes of a medieval castle and a country residence. Palace interiors are exemplary of Russian classicism at the turn of 18th—19th centuries.

Connetable (Gatchina)

Connetable — obelisk and square in Gatchina, placed on the cross of 25th of October prospect (main city's street) and Krasnoarmeysky prospect. Probably the author of the project was Vincenzo Brenna.

Duderhof Heights

Duderhof Heights or Duderhof Hills is a small highland area in the southwestern part of Saint Petersburg, to the south of the town of Krasnoye Selo, on the northern edge of the Izhora Plateau, which consists of several hills, most notably, the Orekhovaya hill, the highest point of Saint Petersburg at 176 m (577'), in the south, and the Voronya hill, 147 m (482'), in the north. Priory Palace

Priory Palace is an original palace in Gatchina (Гатчина), Russia. It was built in 1799 by the architect N.  A.  Lvov on the shore of the Black Lake (Chyornoye ozero / Чёрное озеро). Constructed for the Russian Grand Priory of the Order of St John, it was presented to the Order by a decree of Paul I of Russia dated August 23, 1799.
