Polyany, Leningrad Oblast

Polyany is a settlement in Vyborgsky District of Leningrad Oblast, Russia, on the Karelian Isthmus. Before the Winter War and Continuation War it was the administrative center of the Uusikirkko municipality of the Viipuri province of Finland. The Finnish names mean "New Church (Church Lake)". The village was the site of death of Michael Agricola, who died there on return from the negotiations for the Treaty of Novgorod (1557).

Kirillovskoye, Leningrad Oblast

Kirillovskoye is a settlement on Karelian Isthmus, in Vyborgsky District of Leningrad Oblast, near the European route E18, and an important station of the Saint Petersburg-Vyborg railroad, being the final destination of many electric passenger trains arriving from Finlyandsky Rail Terminal. Kamenka, Vyborgsky District, Leningrad Oblast

Kamenka is a rural locality (a logging depot settlement) in Vyborgsky District of Leningrad Oblast, Russia, located on the Karelian Isthmus to the west of Kirillovskoye railway station. Population: 8,212; 8,112. The Nikolayevsky artillery range (now Bobochinsky military tank training range) has been situated to the east of Kamenka since 1913. The 138th Guards Motor Rifle Brigade, formerly the 45th Guards Motor Rifle Division, is located here.
