Ozyory, Moscow Oblast

Ozyory is a town and the administrative center of Ozyorsky District of Moscow Oblast, Russia, located on the left bank of the Oka River 157 kilometers southeast of Moscow. Population: 25,800; 25,704; 28,215. Ozyory was first mentioned in 1578 as a village named Marvinskoye Ozerko (Марвинское Озерко). In the late 18th century, it was renamed Ozerki (Озерки). In 1851, it received its present name Ozyory. It was granted town status in 1925.

Kolomna Kremlin

Kolomna Kremlin is a very large fortress in Kolomna, Russia. The stone Kolomna Kremlin was built from 1525—1531 under the Russian Tsar Vasily III. Before its reconstruction in 1531, the Kolomna Kremlin was made of wood. On its territory there are many Russian churches and monasteries: The Uspensky cathedral, the Voskresenky church, the Spassky monastery (14th century), and a number of others.
