Pskov-Caves Monastery

Pskov-Caves Monastery or The Pskovo-Pechersky Dormition Monastery or Pskovo-Pechersky Monastery is a Russian Orthodox male monastery, located in Pechory, Pskov Oblast in Russia, just a few kilometers from the Estonian border. The monastery was founded in the mid-15th century, when the first hermits settled in local caves. The first cave Church of the Dormition of the Theotokos (церковь Успения Богородицы) was built in 1473 (its modern facade was constructed in the 18th century).

Koidula railway station

Koidula railway station is a railway station in Koidula, Estonia, on the Russian border. It merges the Tartu–Pechory and Valga–Pechory railways just before the Russian border (Pechory is located straight after the border). The station was opened on 3 September 2011. The main purpose of the station is making the crossing of Russian border easier for both goods and passengers. It also enabled the traffic on "Southeast Estonian Triangle" without crossing the Russian border.
