Djuma Game Reserve, is a 9,000 ha private game reserve which is part of the Sabi Sands Private Game Reserve. It is situated on the western border of the Kruger National Park, which together with some other parks make up the Greater Kruger National Park. The name Djuma refers to the roar of a lion.

Singita Game Reserve
Singita Game Reserve, or Singita Private Game Reserve, is located in the Sabi Sand Private Game Reserve, on the western border of the Kruger National Park, which together with some other parks make up the Greater Kruger National Park. Situated on the Sand River, the 49,000-acre private reserve was started by James Fawcett Bailes in 1925, who purchased a large tract of land in the Lowveld for preservation.
