Sonorama

The Sonorama Festival (since 2008 Sonorama-Ribera) is an annual music festival which takes place in the village of Aranda de Duero, in Castile and León, since 1998. It is organized by the cultural association, and non-profit, "Art de Troya", in mid-august each year. The line up mainly consists of indie pop, indie rock, and electronic music. With a progressive growth, has become one of the biggest summer festivals in Spain, and it is broadcast live on Spanish National Radio: Radio 3.

Aranda de Duero

Aranda de Duero is a Spanish town and municipality in the south of the province of Burgos, autonomous community of Castile and León. It has a population of roughly 33,000 people. The post code for the town is 09400. The closest airport is in Burgos. Aranda de Duero is the capital of the Ribera del Duero wine region. The town is unique for having wine cellars that interconnect below the streets of the town centre. Wine clubs (peñas) celebrate special events in these cellars.

Fresnillo de las Dueñas is a municipality located in the province of Burgos, Castile and León, Spain. According to the 2004 census, the municipality has a population of 349 inhabitants. On 1 February 1095, Count García Ordóñez and his wife, Infanta Urraca Garcés, sister of Sancho IV of Navarre, granted a fuero of privileges to Fresnillo, then a part of their lordship centred on Nájera.
