SLAF China Bay

Triconamalee airport திருகோணமலை விமான நிலையம்-(சைனா பே விமான படை தளம்) is a Sri Lanka Air Force base located at China Bay, Trincomalee. The airbase is situated close to the coast and has a long runway which is capable of handling all wide-body aircraft, except for the Airbus A380. Currently the largest aircraft using the airport is a Boeing 727-200 operated by Lankan Cargo. In addition to the military facilities, there are sport complexes attached to the Air Force base. http://www. airforce.
