Gotland Ring

Gotland Ring is the first ecological racetrack and driver training venue in the world. The premium racetrack and multi-functional motorsport facility in Kappelshamn on the Swedish island of Gotland, the most popular tourist resort in Sweden, is located in an eco-municipality. The circuit - designed by the founder and social and environmental entrepreneur Alec Arho Havrén - was FIA-inspected for racing in June 2009. However, corporate edutainment and testing is the main focus even in the future.

Källunge church

Källunge church (Källunge kyrka) is a church in the island-bishopric of Visby on Gotland. The parish of Källunge was merged into Gothem parish in 2010. The church is richly decorated with reliefs and frescoes. The frescoes are important evidence of the strong Byzantine influence on Swedish art of the 12th and 13th centuries. An early depiction of a nyckelharpa is found in a relief dating from circa 1350 on one of the gates of the church.

Lake Bästeträsk

The Lake Bästeträsk is on the island of Gotland, which belongs to Sweden. The lake lies in the north of the island, approximately 12 km northwest of Fårösund. With an area of 6.3 km² this is the biggest lake on the island, and it is connected to the Baltic Sea with a 250 m long outlet. The lake is known for its large numbers of rainbow trout and sea trout. In winter the lake is sometimes used for ice skating.
