Skånes Djurpark

Skånes Djurpark is a Swedish zoological park located in Höör Municipality, Skåne County. It specializes in animals of the Nordic fauna, although orphaned animals from elsewhere in the world are sometimes temporarily housed there until a new home can be found for them. The zoo has about 900 animals, representing almost 100 species. These animals are most often kept in large enclosures with natural environments.

Vätteryd

The Vätteryd grave field, also known as Vätterydshed, is an Iron Age grave field in Hässleholm Municipality in the Swedish province of Scania. It is located in a heathfield between the localities of Tjörnarp and Sösdala. The grave field consists of 183 menhirs, 15 stone ships - the largest 25 m long and 8 m wide - and 2 circles. Many of the stone ships are so damaged that all that remains are parts smaller than half the original size.

Skåne County

Skåne County (Skåne län), also known as Scania County in English, is the southernmost administrative county or län, of Sweden, basically corresponding to the traditional province Scania (which in Swedish is called Skåne). It borders the counties of Halland, Kronoberg and Blekinge. The seat of residence for the Skåne Governor is the town of Malmö. The headquarters of Region Skåne is the town of Kristianstad.

Höör Municipality

Höör Municipality (Höörs kommun) is a municipality in the central part of Skåne County in southern Sweden. Its seat is located in the town of Höör. The present municipality was formed in 1969 through the merger of "old" Höör with the municipalities of Norra Frosta, Snogeröd and Tjörnarp parish from the dissolved Sösdala Municipality.

Perstorp Municipality

Perstorp Municipality (Perstorps kommun) is a municipality in Skåne County in southern Sweden. Its seat is located in the town Perstorp. Perstorp was made a market town in 1947. It was amalgamated with Oderljunga in the first of the two nation-wide local government reforms (1952). The reform of 1971 did not bring any new amalgamations, but the köping status was abolished.
